Service & Shipping

In our online shop „MySolaflex“ you can order products from the entire Solaflex range from the comfort of your home.

To place an order in our MySolaflex online shop, select the desired quantity of each item on the product detail pages and add them to your cart. During the ordering process, you can adjust the quantity at any time or remove items from your cart by clicking the “Remove” button. Before you finalize your order, you will see a summary of all the products in your cart, including prices and shipping costs. Your order only becomes binding once you accept our Terms and Conditions and click the “Place Order” button. By placing an order in our online shop, you are making an offer to Solaflex GmbH to enter into a purchase contract. We save your order to process it accordingly. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, where you can review all the details of your order. The purchase contract becomes binding with the order confirmation. The contract language is German. To process your order, we require your shipping address along with your contact details and your preferred payment method.

Delivery within Austria and Germany

STANDARD SHIPPING

Delivery time: 1–3 business days from the receipt of your order.
Items up to a maximum length of 2 meters are shipped via our partner GLS.
Shipping costs will be € 10,00. Free delivery for orders above the minimum spend threshold of € 50,00.

DELIVERY SERVICE

When you order items from the Solaflex GmbH online shop, the delivery is made from our warehouse directly to the shipping address you provide. For complete shipments, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time. With standard delivery via GLS, shipping to a parcel shop is also possible. Please specify the relevant delivery address when placing your order.

Delivery to Switzerland

STANDARD SHIPPING

Delivery time: 3–5 business days from the receipt of your order.
Shipping via our partner DPD.
For freight and customs clearance, shipping costs amount to CHF 85.00.

Please note: Import duties for Switzerland (such as import VAT, advance commission, etc.) are charged separately and will be invoiced by the delivery service after import. The amount of the import custom costs depend on the total value of the order.

Delivery to the EU

(excluding Austria and Germany)

STANDARD SHIPPING

For orders over € 250.00, delivery is free of charge.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are € 15.00.

Delivery Costs

In our MySolaflex online shop, you can choose between the following payment methods: advance payment, purchase on invoice, credit card, PayPal, SOFORT transfer, EPS, and direct debit. At the end of the ordering process, select the appropriate payment method. You will then be automatically redirected to the website of our payment service provider to complete the payment. Your order will only be finalized after successful payment.
